Heads Down

Thoughts midweek are on people sitting around with their heads down.
I have noticed this is becoming a trend. You see it everywhere, at restaurants, couples and young folks sitting with their heads down. In cars at traffic lights, people sitting with their heads down. I had imagined this to be some new form of meditation or maybe a resurgence in prayer or some new form of micro napping for better health. It maybe these people are spending time in quiet reflection, getting the days thoughts together for some interesting conversation later with friends or family.
So the thought today is I was mistaken, upon closer inspection, these people are all texting, completely disengaged from the world or family around them.
